ADHD Support for Adults
"Why fit in when you were born to stand out?"
~ Dr. Seuss
Are you an adult of any age who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD? Or do you suspect you might have ADHD? ADHD is not the most accurate label for this particular "diagnosis" or neurodevelopmental condition but there are some qualities and characteristics of the ADHD brain and nervous system that are common. ADHD can be considered an interest-based brain and nervous system and can show up differently across all folks with the "diagnosis" (depending on gender, social position, education, family history, trauma, life stage, age, culture, etc) because our brains are always developing within and influenced by our unique contexts. From an evolutionary perspective, the ADHD brain has been necessary for human evolution and survival. We need creative and divergent thinkers as well as intuitive and active folks to bring healthy and positive change to this world.

I have an ADHD brain myself and have needed to find my own roadmap for healthy functioning in a world that can be quite challenging for neurodivergent folks. I am here to support you with strategies, skills, and an improved understanding of your neurobiology so that you can live a fulfilling life.

ADHD folks have both limitations and strengths (and so do neurotypicals!) and we can learn how to leverage our strengths rather than focus on our shortcomings when we have support from others who understand the way we operate. We can also support our limitations with self-compassion, self-advocacy and whatever changes may be a fit for us.

I welcome your questions and offer free 15 minute meet & greets to see if we're a good fit!
I wish to acknowledge that I live, play and conduct my work on the stolen ancestral lands of indigenous peoples/tangata whenua.
